These terms govern your use of the Dos Hermanos website and the purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Dos Hermanos Collective, LLC operates this site and is the seller of record for products listed here.
Products and pricing
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Color, grain, and patina vary naturally — these variations are part of full grain leather, not defects. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Errors will be corrected and orders affected may be cancelled with full refund.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
Shipping and returns
Shipping timelines and return windows are published on our shipping page. Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production begins. Stock pieces may be returned unused within 14 days of delivery.
Warranty
Every piece is covered by the Dos Hermanos 100-Year Guarantee. See the guarantee page for full terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, designs, the DOHE Connect system — is property of Dos Hermanos Collective, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use it commercially without written permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and the applicable laws of Mexico for orders fulfilled from Guadalajara. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of those jurisdictions.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date below indicates the current version. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
