We build for the next generation, not just the next year. Every Dos Hermanos piece carries a 100-year guarantee — because permanence isn't a promise we make lightly. It's one we intend to keep.
What we cover
If the leather, stitching, or hardware on your piece fails under normal use, we will repair it at no cost. This includes seam failure, hardware breakage, edge separation, and structural defects caused by materials or workmanship.
Irreparable? We replace it.
If a piece cannot be restored to its original integrity, we replace it with an equivalent from the current collection — same category, comparable specifications. No depreciation. No partial credits.
Transferable ownership
The guarantee follows the object, not the buyer. When you pass a Dos Hermanos piece to a friend, a child, or the next century, the guarantee travels with it — anchored to its DOHE Connect identity.
What is not covered
- —Normal wear, patina, and surface marks — these are part of the leather's character, not a defect.
- —Damage from misuse, accidents, fire, water immersion, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
- —Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed outside our workshop.
- —Cosmetic preferences that develop over time (deepening color, softening structure).
How to make a claim
Verify your piece through DOHE Connect, then write to us at hola@doshermanos.mx with photographs and a brief description. We respond within 5 business days. Shipping for valid claims is on us, both ways.
Our commitment
A leather object should outlive its owner. That is the standard we hold ourselves to. If we ever fail it, we make it right — without paperwork, without fine print, without exceptions we hide behind.
